All I-95 South Lanes Reopen Following Pipe Replacement in City of Chester,
Delaware County

All lanes on southbound Interstate 95 have reopened between the Interstate
476
and Route 320/Route 352 interchanges in City of Chester, Delaware County,
following a pipe replacement, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation

(PennDOT) announced today.

Due to the extent of the utility repair by the Delaware County Regional
Water
Authority (DELCORA), southbound I-95 had been reduced from three lanes to
one
since 8:00 PM Friday, April 20.

DELCORA completed the pipe replacement under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy
Permit.
