PennDOT - District 6 News: Aqua Pennsylvania to Restrict Route 452 (Pennell Road) Among Several State Highways for Utility Improvements in Delaware County

Aqua Pennsylvania to Restrict Route 452 (Pennell Road) Among Several State Highways for Utility Improvements in Delaware County

King of Prussia, PA – Aqua Pennsylvania is planning weekday lane restrictions with flagging on several state highways in Delaware County, including Route 452 (Pennell Road) in Middletown Township, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for water main installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:

• Monday, June 25, through Friday, June 29, on Route 452 (Pennell Road) at Lenni Road in Middletown Township;
• Monday, June 25, through Friday, June 29, on Glen Riddle Road at Springhouse Lane in Middletown Township;
• Monday, June 25, through late August, on 2nd Street between Poulson Avenue and Tinicum Island Road in Tinicum Township; and
• Monday, June 25, through late August, on 4th Avenue between Iroquois Street and Tinicum Island Road in Tinicum Township.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

Aqua Pennsylvania will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
