This is a message from ReadyMontco
Rockledge Borough has declared a Snow Emergency effective at 11:45 a.m. on Sunday, February 22, 2026, until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. The duration of the Snow Emergency may change based on actual storm conditions.
During this time, parking on designated Snow Emergency Routes is prohibited. Snow Emergency Routes in Rockledge Borough include Huntingdon Pike, Church Road, and Fox Chase Road. Vehicles parked on these routes during the Snow Emergency may be ticketed and/or towed at the owner's expense.
Residents are encouraged to use driveways for parking whenever possible to assist with snow removal and maintain access for emergency vehicles.
Residents are also reminded to clear sidewalks of ice and snow within 24 hours of the end of the storm, including curb cuts at corner properties. If you have a fire hydrant on or near your property, please clear it as well.
