A Winter Emergency has been declared in Upper Hanover Township from 9:00 AM Saturday, 2/7 to 9:00 Am Sunday, 2/8.. Due to high winds and blowing snow, roads are drifting closed, and trees are falling down. Road Crews are out, but cannot keep all roads open due to extreme snow drifting. Stay off the roads. Call 911 for emergencies. Snow plow operators will respond to emergencies dispatched by the State Police.
