I-95 Lane Restrictions Scheduled in Philadelphia for Bridge Deck Repairs

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced
lane
closures are scheduled on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia for bridge deck
repairs.

The work schedule is:

• On Tuesday, October 18 and Wednesday, October 19, from 8:00 PM to 5:00
AM,
the Bridge Street on-ramp to I-95 south will be closed. During the
operation,
motorists wanting to access I-95 south can enter the expressway at the
Allegheny Avenue Interchange;
• On Saturday, October 22, and Saturday, October 29, from 6:00 AM to 2:00
PM,
the left lane will be closed on the Betsy Ross ramp to I-95 south; and
• On Tuesday, October 25, from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning,
the
Columbus Boulevard on-ramp to I-95 north will be closed. During the
operation,
motorists wanting to access I-95 north can enter the expressway at the Race

Street on-ramp.

This work will be completed by PennDOT Philadelphia maintenance employees.

traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and
access
to more than 770 traffic cameras.
