Lower Makefield Township to Restrict Two State Highways in Bucks County for
Widening

Lower Makefield Township will restrict two state highways in Bucks County
for
roadway widening and drainage improvements, the Pennsylvania Department of
Transportation (PennDOT) today announced.

The work schedule is:

• On Monday, October 10, through October 27, Stoney Hill Road will be
closed
and detoured between Judith Place and Oxford Valley Road. Motorists will be

detoured over Big Oak Road, Oxford Valley Road, and Haycock Road; and
• On Monday, October 10, through October 21, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
southbound Haycock Road will have one lane closed between Oxford Valley
Road
and Covington Road.

The work will be completed under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.

Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles by
visiting
