Lane Closure Wednesday on U.S. 30 West in West Whiteland Township, Chester

U.S. 30 west will be reduced from two lanes to one between the Route 100
and
Business U.S. 30 interchanges in West Whiteland Township, Chester County,
on
Wednesday, October 19, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for the cleanup of a fuel
spill, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) said today.

Motorists are advised to allow additional time for travel on westbound U.S.
30
in this area because slowdowns may occur during this operation. The work
will
be performed by Environmental Products & Services of Vermont, Inc.

Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles by
visiting
www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides
traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and
access
to more than 770 traffic cameras.
