Route 52 (Lenape Road) Scheduled to Close Next Week in Pocopson Township
for Bridge Repairs

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced
that
Route 52 (Lenape Road) is scheduled to close between Pocopson Road and
Creek
Road in Pocopson Township, Chester County, on Tuesday, May 31, through
Thursday, June 2, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for bridge repairs.

During construction, Route 52 (Lenape Road) motorists will be detoured over

Pocopson Road, Route 926 (Street Road) and Creek Road.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area.
The
construction schedule is contingent on the weather.
