Aqua Pennsylvania to Restrict Two State Highways in Delaware County for
Water Main Improvements

Aqua Pennsylvania is planning weekday travel restrictions on Baltimore Pike
and
Manchester Avenue in Delaware County, for water main installations, the
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced.
Weather permitting, the work schedule is:

• Monday, April 24, through Friday, May 5, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions are scheduled on Baltimore Pike between Edgmont Street and
Radnor
Street in Nether Providence and Upper Providence townships, and Media
Borough;
and
• Monday, April 24, through Friday, May 5, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions are scheduled on Manchester Avenue between Radnor Street and
Wallingford Avenue in Nether Providence and Upper Providence townships, and

Media Borough.

All traffic will be controlled by flagging. Motorists are advised to allow
extra time when traveling through these areas.

Aqua Pennsylvania will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway
Occupancy Permit.
