PECO to Restrict Six State Roads Weekdays in Montgomery, Delaware and
Chester Counties for Gas Main Installations

PECO Energy is planning weekday lane restrictions next week in Montgomery,
Delaware and Chester counties, for gas main installations, the Pennsylvania

Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:

• Monday, April 24, and Tuesday, April 25, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions are scheduled on Route 63 (Welsh Road) between Lynam Road and
Sybil Lane in Abington Township, Montgomery County;

• Monday, April 24, through Monday, May 1, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions are scheduled on U.S. 1 (Township Line Road) between Magnolia
Terrace and Cunningham Avenue in Upper Darby Township, Delaware County;

• Wednesday, April 26, through Wednesday, May 3, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
lane
restrictions are scheduled on Rose Tree Road between Hunt Club Lane and
Sycamore Mills Road in Upper Providence Township, Delaware County;

• Thursday, April 27, and Friday, April 28, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions are scheduled on Farmington Avenue between East Street and
Willow
Street in Pottstown Borough, Montgomery County;

• Thursday, April 27, through Thursday, May 4, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
lane
restrictions are scheduled on Brookhaven Road between Winterloch Way and
Netherloch Lane in Nether Providence Township, Delaware County; and

• Thursday, April 27, through Thursday, May 4, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
lane
restrictions are scheduled on Boot Road between Grand Oak Lane and Cherry
Lane
in East Goshen Township, Chester County.

Traffic will be controlled by flagging. Motorists are advised to allow
extra
time when traveling through these areas. The work schedule is dependent on
the
weather.

PECO Energy will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy
Permit.
