Aqua Pennsylvania to Close Belmont Avenue Weekdays for Utility Improvements
in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County

Aqua Pennsylvania is scheduled to close Belmont Avenue weekdays between
Rock
Hill Road and U.S. 1 (City Avenue) in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery
County,
on Monday, August 28, through Friday, September 8, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
for
water main installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation
(PennDOT) announced today.

During construction, Belmont Avenue motorists will be detoured over Rock
Hill
Road, Route 23 (Conshohocken State Road) and U.S. 1 (City Avenue).

Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone. Motorists are
advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because
slowdowns
will occur during construction. The schedule is weather dependent.

Aqua Pennsylvania will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway
Occupancy
Permit.
