Intermittent Lane Closures Scheduled Next Week on I-95 for Survey
Operations in Philadelphia

Intermittent lane closures are scheduled next week in both directions on
Interstate 95 in Philadelphia for survey operations, the Pennsylvania
Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:

• Tuesday, August 15, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a right lane closure is
scheduled on northbound I-95 between the Bridge Street/Harbison Avenue and
Cottman Avenue/Rhawn Street interchanges; and
• Wednesday, August 16, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a right lane closure is
scheduled on southbound I-95 between the Cottman Avenue/Rhawn Street and
Betsy
Ross Bridge/Aramingo Avenue interchanges.

In addition to the I-95 lane closures, on Tuesday, August 15, and
Wednesday,
August 16, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a single lane closure is scheduled in
both
directions on Tacony Street between Bridge Street and Levick Street.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these
areas.
All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
