PennDOT - District 6 News: Aqua Pennsylvania to Close Rose Valley Road and Lenni Road Next Week for Utility Improvements in Delaware County

Aqua Pennsylvania to Close Rose Valley Road and Lenni Road Next Week for Utility Improvements in Delaware County

King of Prussia, PA – Aqua Pennsylvania is planning to close Rose Valley Road and Lenni Road in Delaware County next week for water main installations, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:
  • Monday, July 30, through Friday, August 31, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Rose Valley Road will be closed weekdays between Brookhaven Road and Route 252 (Providence Road) in Nether Providence Township.  During the weekday closure, motorists will be directed to use Brookhaven Road and Route 252 (Providence Road); and
  • From 6:00 AM Friday, August 3, to 6:00 AM Monday, August 6, Lenni Road will be closed between Route 452 (Pennell Road) and Llewellyn Road in Middletown and Aston townships and Chester Heights Borough. During the closure, motorists will be detoured over Route 452 (Pennell Road), U.S. 1 (Baltimore Pike), Valleybrook Road and Llewellyn Road.
Local access will be maintained up to both construction zones. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near these work areas. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

Aqua Pennsylvania will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
