Germantown Pike and Stump Hall Road to Close Saturday for Maintenance Operations in Montgomery County
King of Prussia, PA – Germantown Pike and Stump Hall Road in Whitemarsh and Worcester townships, Montgomery County are scheduled to close on Saturday, July 21, for maintenance operations, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
The work schedule is:
- From 12:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Germantown Pike is scheduled to close between Butler Pike and Joshua Road in Whitemarsh Township, for pipe replacement. During the closure, Germantown Pike motorists will be detoured over Butler Pike, Ridge Pike and Joshua Road; and
- From 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Stump Hall Road is scheduled to close between Route 363 (Valley Forge Road) and Route 73 (Skippack Pike) in Worcester and Skippack townships, for pipe work. During the closure, Stump Hall Road motorists will be detoured over Route 363 (Valley Forge Road) and Route 73 (Skippack Pike).
Local access will be maintained up to the construction zones. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
