U.S. 422 East Lane Closure Next Week for Guide Rail Installation in Montgomery County

King of Prussia, PA – Eastbound U.S. 422 motorists will encounter a left lane closure between the Royersford/Trappe and Route 29 (Phoenixville/Collegeville) interchanges in Limerick and Upper Providence townships, Montgoemry County, on Tuesday, November 27, through Thursday, November 29, from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning for guide rail installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

Drivers should allow additional time for travel in the construction zone because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent and subject to change.

511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional Twitter alerts accessible on the 511PA website.
