PennDOT - District 6 News: I-95, Woodhaven Road Lane Closures Scheduled for Guide Rail Repair in Bucks and Philadelphia Counties

I-95, Woodhaven Road Lane Closures Scheduled for Guide Rail Repair in Bucks and Philadelphia Counties

​King of Prussia, PA – Lane closures are scheduled on Interstate 95 and Woodhaven Road in Bucks and Philadelphia counties for guide rail repairs the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:

  •  Monday, August 26, through Friday, August 30, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled in both directions on I-95 between the Academy Road and Bristol interchanges in Bensalem and Bristol townships, Bucks County;
  • Monday, August 26, through Friday, August 30, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled on the ramp from southbound I-95 to Woodhaven Road in Bensalem Township, Bucks County;
  • Monday, August 26, through Friday, September 6, weekdays, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, lane closures are scheduled in both directions on I-95 between the Broad Street Interchange and Bucks County line in Philadelphia; and
  • Monday, August 26, through Friday, September 6, weekdays, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, lane closures are scheduled on Route 63 (Woodhaven Road) between U.S. 1 (Roosevelt Boulevard) and the I-95 Interchange in Philadelphia.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
