PennDOT - District 6 News
King of Prussia, PA – Lane restrictions are scheduled on several state highways in Chester County, including U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue), from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for tree trimming operations, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
The work schedule is:
- Saturday, February 1, the right turn lane is scheduled to be closed on westbound U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue) to turn onto Route 252 (Bear Hill Road) in Tredyffrin Township;
- Monday, February 3, flagging operations are scheduled on Route 41 (Newport Lancaster Pike) between Swan Road and Farm Lane in West Sadsbury Township and Atglen Borough; and
- Tuesday, February 4, flagging operations are scheduled on Chestnut Tree Road between Creek Road and Isabella Road in West Nantmeal Township.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns may occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent and subject to change.
