Newtown Artesian Water Company to Close State Street Weeknights for Paving
Work in Newtown Borough, Bucks County

Newtown Artesian Water Company is scheduled to close State Street
weeknights
between Penn Street and Washington Avenue in Newtown Borough, Bucks County,
on
Monday, November 6, through Wednesday, November 8, from 10:00 PM to 6:00
AM,
for milling and paving work, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation
(PennDOT) announced today.

During construction, State Street motorists will be detoured over
Washington
Avenue and Lincoln Avenue.

Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone. Motorists are
advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because
slowdowns will occur during construction.

Newtown Artesian Water Company will complete the project under a PennDOT
Highway Occupancy Permit.
