U.S. 1 and I-95 Travel Restrictions Scheduled Next Week for Barrier
Replacement in Bucks and Delaware Counties

Travel restrictions are scheduled next week on U.S. 1 and Interstate 95 in
Bucks and Delaware counties for barrier replacement, the Pennsylvania
Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:

• Thursday, March 15, from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM, a left lane closure is
scheduled in both directions on U.S. 1 between the U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike)
and
Morrisville/Pennsylvania Avenue interchanges in Falls Township, Bucks
County;
and
• Friday, March 16, from 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM, a left lane closure is
scheduled
on southbound I-95 between the Prospect Park/Essington and Ridley Park
interchanges in Ridley and Tinicum townships, Delaware County.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work
areas
because slowdowns will occur. All scheduled activities are weather
dependent.
