Aqua Pennsylvania to Restrict Several State Highways for Utility Improvements in Delaware and Chester Counties

​King of Prussia, PA – Aqua Pennsylvania is planning weekday lane restrictions with flagging from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on three state highways in Delaware and Chester counties for water main improvements, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:
  • Monday, October 15, through Friday, October 19, U.S. 13 (Chester Pike) at the intersection with Summit Avenue in Norwood Borough, Delaware County;
  • Monday, October 15, through Friday, October 19, Lawrence Road at the intersection with Warren Boulevard in Marple Township, Delaware County; and
  • Tuesday, October 16, through late December, Price Street between Route 52 (Bradford Avenue) and South New Street in Wester Chester Borough, Chester County.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these work areas. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

Aqua Pennsylvania will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
