This is a message from Newtown Township.
In anticipation of Thursday's inclement weather, plowing operations and dangerous travel conditions, Newtown Township recycling collection in zone #2 will be postponed until Friday, February 10th. Please have recycling in zone #2 placed out for collection by 7:00am on Friday, February 10th . No recycling collection will take place on Thursday.
We ask all residents to be safe during the anticipated bad weather, and to travel only if necessary while we clear the roads. Please avoid parking on the street whenever possible so that we can better concentrate on keeping the roads clear.
