Travel Restrictions in Bucks and Montgomery Counties for Bridge Inspections

Travel restrictions are scheduled in Bucks and Montgomery counties for
bridge
inspections, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today
announced.

The work schedule is:

• On Monday, February 13, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the right lane will be
closed on northbound Route 563 (Mountain View Road) between Route 313
(Dublin
Pike) and Old Bethlehem Pike in Haycock Township, Bucks County;
• On Tuesday, February 14, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the right lane will be
closed on northbound Route 563 (Mountain View Road) between Top Rock Rock
and
Route 412 (Durham Road) in Haycock Township, Bucks County; and
• On Wednesday, February 15, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the right lane will
be
closed on westbound Egypt Road between Pinetown Road and New Mill Road in
Lower
Providence Township, Montgomery County.

The inspections are part of PennDOT's program to inspect bridges at least
once
every two years. The inspections ensure the safety and overall condition of
the
structures.

The scheduled travel restriction are subject to change due to weather,
emergency, and traffic considerations. Motorists should reduce their
speeds
whenever traveling through designated work zones.
