The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced
that
travel restrictions are scheduled on three state highways in Delaware
County
for pavement patching operations and bridge repair.

The work schedule, which is weather dependent, is:

• On Wednesday, February 22, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane closures are
scheduled on eastbound and westbound U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway) between
U.S.
1 (Baltimore Pike) and Interstate 95 in Concord, Bethel, and Upper
Chichester
townships, for patching;
• On Thursday, February 23, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, intermittent lane
closures
are scheduled on southbound I-95 between the Philadelphia County line and
Delaware state line in Tinicum, Ridley, Chester, Upper Chichester, Lower
Chichester townships; Upland Borough, and the City of Chester, for
patching;
• On Monday, March 6, through Friday, March 10, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
Concord Road will be closed and detoured between Valley Brook Road and
Mattson
Road in Bethel Township, for bridge repair. Concord Road traffic will be
detoured over Valley Brook Road and Smithbridge Road. Local access will be
maintained up to the bridge.

The scheduled travel restrictions are subject to change due to weather,
emergency, and traffic considerations. Motorists should reduce their
speeds
whenever traveling through designated work zones.
