PennDOT Alert: Newtown Rd and Newtown Street Rd closures in Newtown Twp

Aqua Pennsylvania to Close Newtown Road/Newtown Street Road for Water Main Installation in Delaware County

 

 Aqua Pennsylvania is scheduled to close Newtown Road/Newtown Street Road between Waterloo Road and Wyola Drive in Easttown Township, Chester County, and Newtown Township, Delaware County, beginning Monday, March 13, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for water main installation. The weekday closure will be in effect through mid-April.

During construction, Newtown Road/Newtown Street Rd motorists will be detoured over Waterloo Rd, Church Rd and St. Davids Rd.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through this work area.

Aqua PA will complete this improvement project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
