Travel Restrictions Scheduled Next Week on I-95 and I-76 for Sign Structure
Repairs in Philadelphia

7/28/2017-KING OF PRUSSIA

Motorists will encounter travel restrictions next week on Interstate 95 and

Interstate 76 in Philadelphia for sign structure repair operations, the
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:

• Monday, July 31, from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next morning, lane
restrictions
are scheduled on southbound I-95 between the Island Avenue and Prospect
Park/Essington Avenue interchanges;
• Tuesday, August 1, from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next morning, lane
restrictions are scheduled on northbound I-95 between the Walt Whitman
Bridge/Packer Avenue and Interstate 676 interchanges; and
• Wednesday, August 2, from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next morning, lane
restrictions are scheduled on westbound I-76 between the Girard Avenue and
Montgomery Drive/M.L. King Jr. Drive interchanges.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work
areas.
All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
