U.S. 1 Overnight Lane Closures Scheduled This Weekend in Bucks County

7/27/2017-KING OF PRUSSIA

Intermittent overnight lane closures are scheduled on northbound and
southbound
U.S. 1 from Oxford Valley Road to just south of the Interstate 95
Interchange
in Falls and Middletown townships, on Friday, August 4, through Sunday,
August
6, from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, for construction
activities
related to a project to repair and resurface 13 miles of I-95 in Bucks
County.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling on U.S. 1 in the
work
area because backups and delays will occur. The contractor's schedule is
weather dependent.

James J. Anderson Construction Company, Inc. of Philadelphia is the general

contractor on the $29,633,134 project, which is financed with 80 percent
federal and 20 percent state funds.
