U.S. 1 North (City Avenue) Ramp to Ridge Avenue North Closed Next Two
Saturdays for Maintenance Operations in Philadelphia

The northbound U.S. 1 (City Avenue) ramp to northbound Ridge Avenue in
Philadelphia is scheduled to close Saturday, July 15, and Saturday, July
22,
from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM for emergency deck repair, the Pennsylvania
Department
of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. During construction, U.S. 1
(City
Avenue) motorists will be directed to take the Ridge Avenue/Kelly Drive
ramp,
exit at Ridge Avenue South and make a left to access northbound Ridge
Avenue.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area

because slowdowns will occur during construction. The schedule is weather
dependent.
