Aqua Pennsylvania to Restrict Kirk Lane for Water Main Improvement in Upper
Providence Township, Delaware County

Aqua Pennsylvania is planning weekday lane restrictions with flagging on
Kirk
Lane at Oakcrest Lane, Willowbrook Lane, and 3rd Street in Upper Providence

Township, Delaware County, on Monday October 23, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
the
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. The
weekday lane restrictions will be in place through mid-November.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work
area.

Aqua Pennsylvania will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway
Occupancy
Permit.
