Swarthmore Borough to Restrict Route 320 (Chester Road) for Pipe Repair in
Delaware County

Swarthmore Borough is planning lane restrictions on Route 320 (Chester
Road)
between College Avenue and Harvard Avenue in Swarthmore Borough, Delaware
County, on Wednesday, November 1, through Friday, November 10, from 6:00 PM
to
6:00 AM, for storm drainage pipe repair, the Pennsylvania Department of
Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work
area
because slowdowns may occur during construction. The schedule is weather
dependent.

Swarthmore Borough will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway
Occupancy
Permit.
