I-95 Overnight Lane Closures Next Week for Sign Maintenance in Delaware
County

10/25/2017-KING OF PRUSSIA

Interstate 95 motorists will encounter intermittent single and double lane
closures in both directions between the Route 491 (Naamans Road) and
Bartram
Avenue interchanges in Delaware County, on Monday, October 30, through
Saturday, November 4, from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning for
sign
maintenance, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT)
announced
today.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time on I-95 when traveling through the
work
area. The contractor's schedule is weather dependent.

Under this regional improvement project, PennDOT is repairing large sign
structures in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties. The project is
expected to be completed in May 2018.

Carr & Duff Inc., of Huntingdon Valley, Montgomery County, is the general
contractor on the $2,122,200 project, which is financed with 100 percent
federal funds.

For more information on projects occurring or being bid this year, those
