Chester Water Authority to Restrict Route 352 (Edgmont Avenue) Overnights for Utility Improvements in Brookhaven Borough

King of Prussia, PA – Chester Water Authority is planning overnight lane restrictions on Route 352 (Edgmont Avenue) between Roland Road and Whiteley Road in Brookhaven Borough, Delaware County on Monday, September 17, through Thursday, September 20, from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, for utility work, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because slowdowns will occur during construction. The schedule is weather dependent.

Chester Water Authority will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
