PECO to Close Main Street/Upland Road Weekdays for Gas Main Replacement in
Upland Borough, Delaware County

PECO Energy is scheduled to close Main Street/Upland Road weekdays between
Scott Avenue and 11th Street in Upland Borough, Delaware County, starting
Monday, December 5, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for gas main installation, the

Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced. The
weekday closure of Main Street/Upland Road will be in effect through
Friday,
December 23.

During construction, Main Street/Upland Road through traffic will be
detoured
over Edgmont Avenue, Brookhaven Road/Bridgewater Road/6th Street and Main
Street. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through
the
area.

PECO Energy will complete the work under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy
Permit.
