Birmingham Road Scheduled to Close Monday for Pipe Replacement in East
Bradford Township, Chester County

Birmingham Road between Regimental Drive and General Howe Drive is
scheduled to
close in East Bradford Township, Chester County, on Monday, October 2, from

9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, for pipe replacement, the Pennsylvania Department of
Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Route 52 (Lenape
Road),
Creek Road and Route 926 (Street Road).

Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone. Motorists are
advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because
slowdowns
will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.
