Pennsylvania American Water to Restrict Blackhorse Hill Road for Water Main Improvement in Chester County

King of Prussia, PA – Pennsylvania American Water Company is planning lane restrictions with flagging on Blackhorse Hill Road between Coates Street and Heston Road in the City of Coatesville and Valley Township, Chester County, beginning Monday, September 17, for water main installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. The lane restrictions will be in place weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM through the end of December.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area. All activities are weather dependent. 

Pennsylvania American Water Company will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
