PennDOT - District 6 News: PECO to Restrict U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue), U.S. 13 (Chester Pike) Weekdays for Utility Installations in Delaware County

PECO to Restrict U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue), U.S. 13 (Chester Pike) Weekdays for Utility Installations in Delaware County

​King of Prussia, PA – PECO Energy is planning weekday lane restrictions with flagging from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on eastbound U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue) and eastbound U.S. 13 (Chester Pike) in Delaware County, for gas main installations, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

 Weather permitting, the work schedules are:

  • Monday, April 1, through late May, eastbound U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue) between Pembroke Avenue and Cambria Court in Radnor Township; and
  • Monday, April 1, through late June, eastbound U.S. 13 (Chester Pike) between MacDade Boulevard and Laurel Road in Darby Borough.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these work areas.

PECO Energy will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
