Pennsylvania American Water to Restrict Route 10 (Church Street) for Utility Installation in Parkesburg Borough, Chester County
King of Prussia, PA – Pennsylvania American Water Company is planning a weekday lane restriction with flagging on Route 10 (Church Street) between Valley Road and Beale Drive in Parkesburg Borough, Chester County, on Monday, April 8, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM and Tuesday, April 9, through Thursday, May 30, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for utility installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
Motorists are advised to allow for additional time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays may occur. All scheduled activities are weather permitting.
Pennsylvania American Water will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
