PECO to Restrict Three State Highways Weekdays for Utility Improvements in Montgomery, Delaware and Chester Counties

King of Prussia, PA – PECO Energy is planning weekday lane restrictions next week from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on three state highways in Montgomery, Delaware and Chester counties, for utility improvements, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:
  • Tuesday, April 2, through Wednesday, April 10, Collegeville Road between Cross Road and Lywiski Road in Skippack Township, Montgomery County;
  • Tuesday, April 2, through Friday, April 12, Burmont Road between Center Road and Ellston Road in Haverford Township, Delaware County; and
  • Monday, April 8, through Friday, April 10, Conestoga Road between Devon State Road and Valley Forge Road in Easttown Township, Chester County.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

PECO Energy will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
