NWS Weather Briefing

Chester County Forecasted Conditions: ·         Anticipated Timing: Thursday night, 01/05/2017 into Friday morning 01/06/2017. ·         Overnight temperatures into the mid 20's ·         Precipitation: Chester County could receive up to 1-2 inches of snow ·         Active watches & warnings: Chester County is NOT currently under a Winter Weather Advisory.  Impacts: ·         Snow will make the Friday morning commute hazardous Recommended Preparedness Actions: ·         Follow the NWS and local weather forecasts throughout the weekend for the latest changes, updates, and information.  DES Actions: We will continue to monitor this event and provide additional information as it becomes available.
