Travel Restrictions Scheduled Next Week on I-476 in Delaware County and
Route 309 in Montgomery County for Maintenance Operations

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced
that
travel restrictions are scheduled next week on Interstate 476 in Delaware
County and Route 309 in Montgomery County for maintenance operations.

The work schedule, which is weather dependent, is:

• On Monday, January 16, through Friday, January 27, from 9:00 AM to 3:00
PM,
the right lane is scheduled to close weekdays on northbound Route 309
between
Swartley Road and Church Road in Hilltown Township, Bucks County, for
telephone
pole relocation; and
• On Tuesday, January 17, through Friday, January 20, intermittent lane
restrictions are scheduled on northbound and southbound Interstate 476
between
Baltimore Pike and County Line Road in Springfield, Marple, Radnor and
Haverford townships, Delaware County.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these work

zones.
