Travel Restrictions Scheduled Next Week in Philadelphia Region for
Maintenance Operations

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced
that
travel restrictions are scheduled next week in the Philadelphia region for
maintenance operations.

The work schedule, which is weather dependent, is:

• On Saturday, January 28, through Thursday, February 2, from 9:00 AM to
3:00
PM, intermittent lane closures are scheduled on northbound and southbound
Interstate 476 between U.S. 1 and U.S. 30 Interchanges in Springfield,
Marple,
Radnor, and Haverford townships, Delaware County, for spray patching;
• On Monday, January 30, and Tuesday, January 31, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
lane
closures are scheduled on northbound and southbound U.S. 202 (Wilmington
Pike)
in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County, for concrete bridge repairs;
• On Monday, January 30, through Thursday, February 2, from 9:00 AM to 3:00
PM,
lane closures are scheduled on eastbound and westbound U.S. 30 Bypass
between
Route 10 (Compass Road) and Route 82 (Manor Road) in Sadsbury, West Caln,
Valley and Caln townships, Chester County, for median stabilization;
• On Monday, January 30, through Thursday, February 2, from 9:00 AM to 3:00
PM,
intermittent lane closures are scheduled on northbound and southbound Route

between Cheltenham Avenue and Route 63 (Welsh Road) in Cheltenham,
Springfield,
Upper Dublin and Lower Gwynedd townships, Montgomery County, for sweeping
and
debris removal;
• On Monday, January 30, through Thursday, February 2, from 9:00 AM to 3:00
PM,
intermittent lane closures are scheduled on eastbound and westbound U.S.

between the Route 100 (Pottstown Pike) and Route 363 (Trooper Road)
interchanges in Lower Providence, Upper Providence, Limerick and Lower
Pottsgrove townships, Montgomery County, for sweeping and debris removal;
• On Monday, January 30, through Thursday, February 2, from 9:00 AM to 3:00
PM,
intermittent lane closures are scheduled on eastbound and westbound
Interstate
76 between the PA Turnpike and County Line Road in Conshohocken Borough,
Upper
Merion and Lower Merion townships, Montgomery County, for sweeping and
debris
removal;
• On Monday, January 30, through Thursday, February 2, from 9:00 AM to 3:00
PM,
intermittent lane closures are scheduled on northbound and southbound I-476

between West Conshohocken Borough, Plymouth and Lower Merion townships,
Montgomery County, for sweeping and debris removal;
• On Friday, February 3, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, intermittent lane
closures
are scheduled on northbound and southbound Baltimore Pike between U.S. 1
Bypass
and Oak Avenue in Springfield and Nether Providence townships and Clifton
Heights, Morton and Media boroughs, Delaware County, for spray patching;
and
• On Saturday, February 4, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, intermittent lane
closures
are scheduled on westbound I-76 between Gulph Road and U.S. 202 (DeKalb
Pike)
in Upper Merion Township, Montgomery County, for brushing and tree removal.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these work

zones.
