THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY HAS ISSUED A WIND  ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM TO 4 PM EST MONDAY.    * WINDS...EAST 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.    * TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO OCCUR MONDAY.    * WIND IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS MAY BLOW DOWN LIMBS...TREES...AND    POWER LINES. ISOLATED TO SCATTERED POWER OUTAGES ARE LIKELY.      PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...    A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY WINDY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED.  WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR  HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. USE EXTRA CAUTION.
