PECO to Close Conestoga Road Weekdays for Gas Main Replacement in Radnor
Township, Delaware County

PECO is scheduled to close Conestoga Road weekdays between U.S. 30
(Lancaster
Avenue) and Church Road in Radnor Township, Delaware County, starting
Monday,
January 23, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for gas main installation, the
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced. The
weekday closure of Conestoga Road will be in effect through the end of
June.

During construction, Conestoga Road through traffic will be detoured over
U.S.
30 (Lancaster Avenue) and Route 320 (Sproul Road). Motorists are advised to

allow extra time when traveling through the area.

PECO will complete the work under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
