Travel Restrictions Scheduled on Several State Highways for Tree Removal
and Brushing Operations in the Philadelphia Region

Travel restrictions are scheduled on several state highways in the
Philadelphia
region for maintenance operations, the Pennsylvania Department of
Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:

• Monday, May 15, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane restrictions are scheduled
on
Hulmeville Avenue between Richardson Avenue and Gillam Avenue in Langhorne
Borough, Bucks County, for tree removal operations;
• Monday, May 15, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane restrictions are scheduled
on
Route 113 (Bedminster Road) at Elephant Road in Bedminster Township, Bucks
County, for brushing operations;
• Monday, May 15, and Tuesday, May 16, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions are scheduled on Sugartown Road between Dutton Mill Road and
Goshen Road in Willistown Township, Chester County, for tree removal
operations;
• Monday, May 15, through Friday, May 19, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions are scheduled on Dark Hollow Road between Route 32 (River
Road)
and Route 413 (Durham Road) in Tinicum Township, Bucks County, for brushing

operations;
• Monday, May 15, through Friday, May 19, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions are scheduled on Creek Road/Chester Creek Road between
Knowlton
Road and Bridgewater Road in Middletown Township, Delaware County, for tree

removal operations;
• Monday, May 15, through Friday, May 19, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions are scheduled on Route 23 (Valley Forge Road) between Beidler
Road
and Moore Road in Upper Merion Township, Montgomery County, for tree
removal
operations;
• Tuesday, May 16, through Friday, May 19, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions are scheduled on Pullen Station Road between Route 212 (Church

Road) and Old Bethlehem Road in Springfield Township, Bucks County, for
tree
removal operations;
• Wednesday, May 17, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane restrictions are
scheduled
on White Horse Road between White Horse Meadows Lane and Rees Road in
Charlestown Township, Chester County, for tree removal operations; and
• Thursday, May 18, and Friday, May 19, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions are scheduled on Country Club Road between Maisfield Road and
Horseshoe Trail in Schuylkill Township, Chester County, for tree removal
operations.

All traffic will be controlled by flagging. Drivers are advised to allow
extra
time when traveling through these work areas. All scheduled activities are
weather dependent.
