Toll Brothers to Restrict Route 23 (Ridge Road) for Utility Work in East
Pikeland Township, Chester County

Toll Brothers is planning travel restrictions on Route 23 (Ridge Road) in
East
Pikeland Township, Chester County, for utility work, the Pennsylvania
Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:

• Friday, May 5, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane restrictions with flagging
are
scheduled on Route 23 (Ridge Road) at Hares Hill Road; and
• Monday, May 15, Route 23 (Ridge Road) will be closed and detoured between

Hares Hill Road and Route 724 (Schuylkill Road). The road closure will be
in
effect through mid-November. During construction, Route 23 (Ridge Road)
motorists will be detoured over Hares Hill Road and Route 724 (Schuylkill
Road).

Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone. Motorists are
advised to allow extra time when traveling through these areas. The work
schedule is dependent on the weather.

Toll Brothers will complete the projects under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy
Permit.
