Several State Highways Restricted Next Week for Tree Trimming Operations in Montgomery, Bucks and Delaware Counties

​King of Prussia, PA – Tree trimming operations will restrict several state highways next week, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, in Montgomery, Bucks and Delaware counties, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

Weather permitting, the work schedule is:
  • Monday, July 29, High Street between Sanatoga Road and Allison Drive in Lower Pottsgrove Township, Montgomery County;
  • Monday, July 29, and Tuesday, July 30, Aquetong Road at the Route 232 (Windy Bush Road) intersection in Solebury Township, Bucks County; 
  • Monday, July 29, through Friday, August 2, Barren Road between Painter Road and Ridley Creek Road in Middletown Township, Delaware County;
  • Monday, July 29, through Friday, August 2, Darby Paoli Road between Newtown Road and Bryn Mawr Avenue in Radnor Township, Delaware County;
  • Monday, July 29, through Saturday, August 3, Kepler Road between Sunnybrook Road and Sunnyside Avenue in Lower Pottsgrove Township, Montgomery County; and
  • Wednesday, July 31, Newportville Road at the Dolores Lane intersection in Bristol Township, Bucks County.
All traffic during these tree operations will be controlled by flagging. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns may occur.
