Avondale Investors, LLC to Restrict Route 41 (Gap Newport Pike) for Storm Sewer Improvement in London Grove Township
King of Prussia, PA – Avondale Investors, LLC is planning a single lane closure on southbound Route 41 between Hepburn Road/Moxley Lane and Baltimore Pike in London Grove Township, Chester County beginning Friday, November 1 for storm sewer construction, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. Weather permitting, the lane closure will be in place Mondays through Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM through the end of November.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and slowdowns will occur. All scheduled activities are weather permitting.
Avondale Investors, LLC will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
