CSX Railroad will close the Interstate 76 west ramp to Passyunk Avenue in
Philadelphia on Monday, May 2, through Saturday, May 14, from 7:00 PM to
6:00
AM for overhead bridge work, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation
(PennDOT) today announced.

Motorists traveling west on I-76 who want to access Passyunk Avenue will
exit
at University Avenue and follow it to Wharton Street, turn left onto
Wharton
Street and follow to Warfield Street, turn left on Warfield Street and
follow
to Moore Street, turn left onto Moore Street and follow to 28th Street,
merge
onto 28th Street and follow to Passyunk Avenue.

I-76 motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the
area
as back-ups and delays may occur.

Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles by
visiting
www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides
traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and
access
to more than 770 traffic cameras.
