This is a message from the Borough of West Chester: Presidential candidate Donald Trump is holding a rally at West Chester University today Monday, April 25 at 4 p.m. We are hoping the impact on our residents is minimal. We expect that this event will draw a significant number of people.  We wanted you to be aware of this, and please understand that there may be traffic congestion and delays between 1 and 5:00 PM. We will open the garages on New St. And Sharpless St. to minimize the parking impact in areas adjacent to the University. We would suggest avoiding travel on Church St. south of Price St. and Sharpless St. From New St. east to High St. We will do our best to keep you notified. The venue opens at 1:00 PM. There will be a large security and police presence in the area. Security will be strictly enforced during this event.
