from
four lanes to three from the Girard Avenue on-ramp to approaching the

In addition, motorists using Richmond Street in the vicinity of the I-95
Girard
Avenue Interchange will encounter intermittent stoppages and a periodic
single-lane traffic pattern from Monday, May 2, to Wednesday, May 4, from
7:00
AM to 3:00 PM, for the setting of overhead bridge beams between Lehigh
