North Wales Water Authority to Close Walnut Street for Water and Sewer
Replacement

North Wales Water Authority is scheduled to close Walnut Street between
Main
Street and West Street in North Wales Borough, Montgomery County, on
Saturday,
April 30, and Monday, May 2, through Friday, May 6, from 9:00 AM to 3:00
PM,
for water and sewer replacement, the Pennsylvania Department of
Transportation
(PennDOT) today announced.

During this operation, Walnut Street through traffic will be detoured over
Morris Road, Route 363 (Valley Forge Road) and Route 63 (Welsh Road). Local

access will be maintained up to the construction zone. Motorists are
advised to
allow extra time when traveling through the area.

The construction schedule is contingent on the weather.
North Wales Water Authority will complete the work under a PennDOT Highway
Occupancy Permit.

Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles by
visiting
www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides
